Shiatsu Therapy Session

A combination of inner child work, trough focussing on your intention/question that arises frequently in your mind, or even when you want to disconnect from certain patterns or behavior. I'll be listening and feeling into your story. I am here to ask questions, so that your are able to think more clearly. Coaching and a guided meditation about connecting to your inner child are the tools for this session in combination with a Shiatsu massage to help transform the energy of the past where needed. We will travel in time, to connect to the 'now'.

Shiatsu Facial Massage

An ecstatic facial massage with rejuvenating & acupressure techniques.
The face has reflex zones for the entire body, and also promotes cell division/rejuvenation of the skin in a natural way. The pressure points on the face and around the head stimulate, among other things, the sense of sight, hearing and smell.
Energetically speaking; it helps transforming our way about gaining insights, listening and being heard/hearing yourself.
We can top it up with a Hyaluronic acid treatment. Hyaluronic acid prevents moisture loss through a unique bond with keratin within our skin. It helps protecting and smoothening your beautiful face to make your inner glow more visible to the outside world.

the Healing Massage

A relaxing oil based massage where everything just flows together. This is an intuitive journey, specially tuned in for healing. It's a playful combination of Shiatsu, stretching and relaxation massage, combined with energetic-works. Sometimes light languish comes as an additional gift to your system.
A sensational experience while rearranging your energies towards your very own self healing system.

'' Detox session ''
Cupping Massage

By vacuuming the skin, more blood is transmitted towards the area that is being cupped. This ensures that the inner 'waste' comes to the surface (detox) and the connective tissue  without all of that clutter, can become softer. This massage can also soften the skin in case of hardened scar tissue. Repetition is an important element. This treatment is in combination with an oil-based relaxation massage, so that the body will tap deeper into the healing process of letting go. I use silicone cups, so that I can make gentle movements over the body. If the connective tissue is very tight, you can even feel it being pulled looser. The connective tissue is the substance between the bones and muscles, which can cause accumulations during stressful periods (also known as fascia). This massage could cause tiredness, the effect of the detox. However, after a day (or 2) you will feel more fit and flexible again. We can top it up with a feet bath to pull out the toxins from the 'base'.

the Softest Massage

The softest touch feels closer and more intimate than a full firm touch, that's why when in full allowance of the system, the transformational value is increased.
This is an intensely soft oil based massage, where I repeatedly caress the Bladder Meridian; which stimulates the body's self-healing capacity because of it's connection with all the organs. The bladder meridian, the representation of the Water Element within us, is connected to our own flexibility and emotional world (flexibility in the brain). Besides the bladder meridian the Do-Mai Meridian is also addressed. This meridian is situated on the spine. This energetic pathway represents your motivation, so that you can confidently tackle the things you like to do. This treatment helps balancing the connection between the left and right brain hemispheres and helps us to stand 'straight' in our body and mind. This massage is a blessing for the nerve pathways in the body, and therefore provides intense, deep relaxation with the elements of softness, meridian flow and repetition. Especially recommended for treating Burn-out and stress related conditions.

Being held like water

This beautiful flowy massage (with a generous use of oil) is inspired by the Hawaiian LomiLomi Massage. Where the Water Element is the inspiration of this massage. Lomi means "to knead.” The smooth flow of the strokes mimic the ocean waves. It may also mean "to take and turn, to shift". Water is the place we were born/created in. Water is cleansing, water is moving & a representation of our emotional world, where we can press 'our waters' outside of our body and showing what is transforming on that very moment. It's daring to come more closely, daring to be vulnerable. During this session I put the intention of moving the internal energy into a blessing of your choice. It's about letting go of the energy that no longer serves you. But most of all, you will feel the connection of the whole body. From the head, towards the feet. Embracing the water element, embracing emotions, flexibility & cleansing. Flowing like water, captured in safety. You will feel liquid and supported.

The abdomen is a special area. All organs and feelings are stored, processed, and transformed here. With a soft abdomen, we also feel into a softer thought pattern. Our ‘’Ki’’ / life force energy, is stored in this very center of your body. This should be strong and free-flowing, to have a positive state of health in body and mind. Having the focus upon this powerful part of the body, creates understanding, appreciation and more softness within ourself. Reiki is a great tool to reduce stress and create that inner warmth of feeling the most comfortable with yourself. I channel the energy that is the most effective for you at this moment. We will work together every week, or once in 2 weeks.
This is a program of 5 sessions. Every session is connected to a certain element based on the wheel of Chinese medicine: Metal/water/wood/fire/earth.
We will talk, move, dive into this element, and what this represents for you. These sessions will be included with energy cleansing.  After every session I will share some life hacks which we trained during the session. So that you can easily work with this element during the week(s).
